- The Termiz branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy will be referred to as the Termiz branch of TTA.
- TTA Termiz branch was established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 19, 2018, as well as the Decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 20, 2018, and is part of the organizational structure of the Tashkent Medical Academy.
- The Termiz branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy is considered a state higher education institution and is engaged in educational activities for the implementation of basic and additional educational programs of higher education, as well as in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan carries out educational-pedagogical and scientific-methodical and other activities and provides educational services.
- The Termiz branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy in its activities complies with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law “On Education”, the National Program of Personnel Training, the decisions of the Chambers of the Oliy Majlis, Decrees, decisions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan , decisions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers, normative legal documents of the Ministry of Health, Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education and this Charter
Termiz Branch of Tashkent Medical Academy is considered a legal entity. It has its own special property in its operational management and responds in accordance with its obligations regarding this property, can buy property and exercise property and non-property rights, undertake obligations, be a plaintiff and a defendant in court. It has an independent balance sheet, account numbers in banking institutions and other including currency accounts, a seal with the image of the National Emblem of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its name, stamps and other requisites. Final Rules
- TTA Termiz branch responds to the following in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
- Failure to fulfill the tasks assigned to him;
- Failure to fully complete educational programs in accordance with the curriculum and schedules during the educational process;
- Life and health of students and employees of the higher education institution during the educational process;
- Violation of the rights and freedoms of students and employees of the higher education institution;
- Other actions stipulated by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- TTA Termiz branch may be reorganized or terminated based on the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- The Charter of the TTA Termiz branch was developed taking into account the recommendations specified in the Model Charter of the Higher Education Institution.
- The Charter developed by the Termiz branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy shall be approved by the director of the Termiz branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy, registered with the state and put into force in accordance with the established procedure.
- Amendments or additions to the Charter of the Tashkent Medical Academy Termiz branch shall be made in the prescribed manner.
